Renacer restaurant, located in Renacer winery, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza reopened its doors after renovating its facilities and landscaping in the best Tuscan style. Following its eagerness to innovate permanently and to be able to offer unique experiences, Renacer changed its menu to surprise the guests, but keeping the concept of cuisine with Argentinean stamp that respects the products, the seasonality and the value of the land.
“As soon as visitors pass through the entrance door, the architecture and interior design details immediately transport us to Tuscany. Recovered woods, olive trees between the tables, plants, pots and typical details of this beautiful area of Italy have been used”, says Mariana Palmarocchi, marketing director of Bodega Renacer.
To present its new gastronomic proposal, on Tuesday 24th September the specialized press of Mendoza was called. The attendees could taste different dishes designed by the Mendoza chef Sebastian Weigandt, accompanied by the elegant wines of the winery.
The new menu offers a differential and innovative proposal based on the interaction of the diner with the dish. All the gastronomic options are suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians. In addition, dishes can be accompanied by the olive oil (limited edition) of Bodega Renacer, and there is also the option of choosing menus of 3 and 5 steps paired with wines from the winery.
The tableware was handmade by Chef Celmira and byher project Barrovino project.
