92 FOR RENACER IN INTERNATIONAL WINE CHALLENGE.

The good news for our team keeps on coming, this time from the prestigious British wine competition "International Wine Challenge", where our Malbecs stood out.

International Wine Challenge, recognised as one of the most rigorous, impartial and influential wine competitions in the world, where each wine is tasted blind by at least 8 judges, published last week its annual report and Renacer Malbec 2018 obtained 92 points, while Punto Final Malbec 2020 won 90 points.

Our icon wine Renacer Malbec 2018, with grapes from El Cepillo, Gualtallary and our Perdriel estate, with precision winemaking and 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels, scored 92 and a silver medal. The judges described it as: "Deep crimson in colour with a nose of red and black liquorice and menthol. It has silky but big tannins with a great finish".

Punto Final Malbec 2020, the winery's best-selling wine continues to accumulate awards, and adds another 90 points and silver medal to its showcase.

Luis Suriani, our Export Manager in Europe, tells us that getting high scores in IWC makes us very competitive in that market and this opens new doors for us.
