Inspired by the color palette and the calm that autumn brings to our vineyards, our restaurant presents a renewed gastronomic proposal, designed to delight with deep, comforting flavors—perfect for enjoying this season.

Celmira Escudero, our chef, has crafted a new menu to accompany the incoming season: a combination of seasonal ingredients, contemporary cooking techniques, and a deep connection to the products of our land. Each dish was created with the intention of offering a memorable experience, carefully paired with our wines to enhance every bite.
Among the starters, standout dishes include spinach with black garlic, eggplant, capers, and mustard; or vizcacha accompanied by carrot, zucchini, and charcoal, which adds smoky notes. For the main courses, options like goat with sweet potato, pistachios, and fresh herbs, or ribeye with corn, kumquats, and merkén, reflect a cuisine rooted in open fire and slow cooking.
To end on a sweet note, creations such as quince with Chardonnay, vanilla, and goat cheese, or the classic combination of chocolate, coffee, and peanuts, invite a warm and comforting finish.
