Bodega Renacer obtiene la HACCP certification to guarantee the quality of its wines.

HACCP certification, which stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, is a preventive food safety management system that focuses on the identification and control of hazards that can affect the quality of food products such as wine.

With this certification Bodega Renacer once again demonstrates its commitment to the quality and food safety of its wines from grape growing to winemaking and bottling.

"We are very proud to have obtained HACCP certification. For us it is a reflection of the effort and dedication we put into making high quality wines," said Gustavo Egea, winemaker in charge of the winery.

"Obtaining this certification involved a great investment of time and commitment on the part of all the sectors involved, especially given that the audit is carried out at harvest time" said Cecilia Pimentel, quality manager.

HACCP certification is internationally recognized and is required in many markets for the export of food products. With this certification, Bodega Renacer is positioned as a leading winery in the production of high quality wines that are safe for consumption.
