New Experiences at Renacer Winery.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Renacer presents an exclusive anniversary menu and new tourism experiences.

The 20-year menu, consisting of 4 courses and snacks, was created by the winery's chef, Celmira Escudero, to enhance and complement the wines of the winery, taking inspiration from the Reich family's journey in Argentina and their experience discovering new flavors.

The innovative proposal of this menu is that some of its courses are meant to be shared. Punto Final Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from the Casablanca Valley in Chile, pairs with the snack which is a "buñuelo del viento," made with corn flour and filled with trout cream.

For the first course, accompanied by Renacer Rosé Series Merlot, the chef offers a "Creamy beetroot with goat cheese foam." The second course is paired with Renacer Cabernet Franc, recently awarded 95 points by Decanter, and consists of "Lamb kebabs with pumpkin cream and natural yogurt."

The main course, paired with Renacer Malbec, is a tomahawk, a prestigious cut of Argentine meat, smoked at the table in herb butter with roasted vegetables and ember-baked bread. This selected and cooked meat is designed to perfectly complement the winery's flagship wine.

The dessert, paired with Milamore, is a rice pudding tartlet with ice cream and burnt dulce de leche sauce, offering a twist on the classic Argentine dessert.

It will be a unique culinary experience designed to enhance and complement the wines of the winery.

As for the new tourism activities, to provide visitors with a more complete experience, "Wine and Tango" is introduced, combining two Argentine treasures in a single day. This proposal includes a vineyard tour, tank and barrel room visit, tasting of four wines, tango demonstration and class. To conclude, a three-course lunch at the restaurant with Reserva pairings.

The second new offering is the "Milamore Experience," centered around the emblematic and consumer-favorite wine. This visit includes a vineyard tour, tank and barrel room visit, and a tasting of current and aged Milamore vintages, paired with a choice of three desserts to match each individual's palate.
