New Release: Punto Final Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

A new expression joins our Punto Final Reserva line: the 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine that combines elegance, structure, and Andean freshness in perfect balance.

This launch arises from our desire to continue showcasing the richness and diversity of the Mendoza terroir, interpreting Cabernet Sauvignon from a contemporary perspective. With this new label, the Punto Final Reserva line keeps growing and reaffirms the spirit of our winery: crafting wines with identity, balance, and authenticity, faithful to their origin.

The wine is made from grapes sourced from vineyards over 20 years old in Perdriel (Luján de Cuyo) and the Uco Valley—two areas that offer complementary profiles: structure and ripeness from the former, freshness and finesse from the latter. It then undergoes 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, adding elegance, depth, and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it displays a deep ruby color with garnet hues. Its aromatic profile reveals ripe black fruits such as cassis, blackberry, and plum, accompanied by delicate notes of black pepper, dried leaves, and sweet paprika. Barrel aging enhances the wine with subtle hints of vanilla, tobacco, leather, and dark chocolate, resulting in a refined and harmonious expression.

The palate is broad and structured, with firm, rounded tannins, natural acidity that brings tension, and a long, elegant finish where flavors of black fruit, spices, and a mineral touch—characteristic of Uco Valley soils—persist.
