Punto Final 2020

The year that we are closing will surely remain engraved in everyone' s memory. 2020 was a year of reflection, adjustment and alignment of purpose. The challenges of "the new normality"; kept us active and focused, and in this context, we achieved important goals that will be the

starting point for further growth in 2021.

In Argentina, sales grew by 200% compared to the previous year. We incorporated 5 new

importers around the world and 1 new distribution area in the United States. We made 65

foreign market shipments and launched a new brand, Río de la Plata, focused on the off-trade

channel.

We also renewed 20% of our barrel inventory by adding 40 units of French oak, 10 Allier and 30 Troncais; and 657,592 bottles of new cuts were fractionated to supply both the domestic and foreign markets.

We certified 5 of our wines as vegan by the Vegan Society: Punto Final Malbec Rosé, Punto Final

Malbec, Punto Final Cabernet Sauvignon, Punto Final Malbec Reserva and Punto Final Cabernet

Franc Reserva. From a sustainable point of view, 100% of our vineyards have been reconverted

to this practice and the winery is in the process of certification and expects to conclude the

process in 2021.

In order to deepen our direct relationship with our consumers, we opened an online shop in

Argentina, selling 7200 bottles in the last 6 months, and in June of this year, with strict COVID

protocols, we reopened our hospitality area focused on local tourism, and our restaurant was

awarded a silver medal in the international competition Best of Wine Tourism 2021.

To sum up our digital area, our website, which was renewed in 2020, received more than 20,000 visits and we reached 67,535 scans on the Vivino social network. Throughout August,

September and October we carried out 12 zoom tasting with clients and distributors, and

participated in 4 online wine fairs in Europe.

In terms of international awards, the prestigious wine critic James Suckling gave 91 points to 7

of our wines, Calibre Malbec 2019 obtained 93 points in the International Wine Challenge,

Punto Final Malbec Rosé 2020 was mentioned as TOP10 in Argentina and Punto Final Reserva

Cabernet Franc 2017, our most awarded wine, was distinguished with 93 points in the London

Wine Competition and 92 points by Decanter World Wine Awards.

During 2021 we will continue building and working as a team to position our brand, convinced

that this is the year for Renacer.
