Renacer Cabernet Franc 2020 awarded 92 at IWC

We continue to receive good news week after week from the most renowned wine competitions in the world. This time it is the British competition International Wine Challenge that awarded our icon Cabernet Franc.

International Wine Challenge, recognized as one of the most demanding and influential competitions in the world, has the dynamic of blind tastings and tasting panels. This week they released their annual report and Renacer Cabernet Franc 2020 was awarded 92 points and a Silver medal.

This wine is made from grapes sourced from the Uco Valley, Vista Flores and Renacer's own estate in Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo and is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

The judges gave their tasting notes: "creamy and sweet black fruits, intense notes of cedar and wood, long finish".

Fernando Sota, the winery's winemaker, commented that obtaining high scores in IWC makes us very competitive in the UK and gives us new commercial opportunities.
