Renacer Malbec 2020: Argentina's Best Wine at Mundus ViniRenacer Winery's

Renacer Winery's wines received excellent scores in the summer edition of the prestigious German competition Mundus Vini.

Renacer Malbec 2020 was awarded "Best of Show" for Argentina, the highest recognition given to the wine with the best results in its category. This is a great acknowledgment of the excellent work and commitment behind it.

In addition to the Best in Show, Renacer's Iconic Malbec was awarded the "Grand Gold" medal. The judges highlighted its deep violet color and the floral and herbaceous notes characteristic of the microregions where the grapes come from: Perdriel in Luján de Cuyo and in the Uco Valley, Gualtallary, and Paraje Altamira. They also noted the strong and round tannins. This wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Furthermore, in the competition, Punto Final Reserva Malbec 2021 and Milamore 2021 both received gold medals. These two mentions reflect the consistency throughout Renacer Winery's portfolio.

More than 1,500 wine labels from different wine regions around the world were blind-tasted by 140 experts over 4 days in this competition. Mundus Vini is known as one of the most rigorous and demanding wine competitions due to its blind-tasting system. They award bronze, silver, gold, and grand gold medals.

Patricio Reich, CEO and founder of Renacer Winery, stated: "Our vision has always been to exceed expectations and make a difference through the quality and specialization of our work. This award shows that we are on the right path and inspires us to continue raising the standard."
