On September 8 and 9, the most important wine fair in the province of Misiones took place in Puerto Iguazú. This year, the event embraced its social and environmental responsibility by promoting a zero-waste, carbon-neutral event.
This fair is organized by the historic local wine shop, Oda al Vino, which sells hundreds of wine labels from all over the country. The fair featured participation from over 100 Argentine wineries and some olive oil producers, establishing itself as a major attraction for audiences in both Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
Bodega Renacer presented the Renacer Malbec 2020 and Renacer Cabernet Franc 2020, from the Renacer specialties line, including Renacer Merlot Rosé, Punto Final Naranjo, Milamore, and the Punto Final Reserva Malbec Reserve category. As an innovative introduction, Renacer also showcased their First Wine of 2022, a carbonic maceration Syrah, at their booth.
The Renacer representatives at the event were Gustavo Egea, Renacer's Winemaker, and Julián Heugas, a member of the sales team, who received and presented the wines.
Additionally, Gustavo gave a presentation about the wine they were unveiling this year, "Renacer First Wine of 2022," which is crafted using carbonic maceration.
