Renacer's gastronomy is renewed every season of the year, and this time the summer menu has been a success. It was implemented a few weeks ago and the Chef, Cemira Escudero proposed options of fresh and different dishes.
The starter of the usual menu of steps comprises three options: a carpaccio of white salmon and peaches, which the winemaking team of Renacer recommends pairing with Punto Final Reserva Chardonnay 2022, the classic fresh salad from the garden accompanied by Punto Final Malbec Rosé 2022 and another option of lamb dolmas in green leaves Punto Final Sauvignon Blanc 2022.
For the main course the classic steak eye, whose suggestion is Punto Final Reserva Malbec 2020, another option, is Renacer Primer Vino del año 2022 with a grilled pork roast. The pasta alternative this time is ricotta and rice flour gnocchi, which pairs perfectly with Punto Final Reserva Cabernet Franc 2020.
The classic Milamore pairs perfectly with the desserts of the proposal. A tasting of cheeses and sweets with moist orange sponge cake and dried fruit praline, dulce de leche creme brulee with toasted coconut ice cream and apple compote with vanilla foam, crunchy cookie, Americana ice cream and cedron crème anglaise.
The 5-step menu is also available every day, as well as the light menu from Monday to Friday and picnics on weekends.
