Summer in Mendoza moves at a different pace: long days, intense light, and ingredients at their peak expression. At our restaurant, awarded a double distinction by the Michelin Guide, this season inspires a fresh, balanced menu deeply connected to the land and to the wines born at Bodega Renacer.



Each dish was created to celebrate the season. Seasonal ingredients, refined techniques, and flavors that converse with one another come together in harmony, with wine always taking the leading role and serving as the meeting point at the table.


Vibrant flavors, subtle combinations, and a cuisine that naturally moves between freshness and depth define our summer proposal. Stone fruits, aromatic herbs, and freshly harvested vegetables bring color and energy; light textures coexist with more intense preparations, designed to be enjoyed without rush.


The menu unfolds through delicate marine and river notes, expressive vegetable-driven creations, meats paired with seasonal fruits and produce, and desserts that refresh or comfort depending on the moment.
