On October 31st, the technical tasting and fair for the Denomination of Controlled Origin (D.O.C.) Luján de Cuyo took place.
The event featured the participation of the D.O.C. Council, led by its president Roberto de la Mota, along with winemakers, agronomists from associated wineries, industry authorities, sommeliers, specialized journalists, and key figures from the wine sector.

The D.O.C. Luján de Cuyo is based on the free and voluntary association of viticulturists and winemakers of fine wines from the region, with the aim of maximizing the unique ecological conditions and grape varieties that distinguish this geographical area.
This alliance seeks to emphasize the identity of Luján de Cuyo wines and promote their recognition both nationally and internationally, positioning them as benchmarks of quality and tradition in the wine world.
