We welcome the winter refreshed.

With the arrival of each season the menu of our restaurant and the proposals of the hospitality area are renewed for our visitors.


We add new experiences to welcome tourists and locals; "Sustainable Experience" where we propose a bike ride through our vineyards, including a tour of the winery and barrel room, plus a picnic in the sun or under one of our trees paired with the recently launched Punto Final Reserva Orgánico Cabernet Franc.

We also added the "Icon Experience", where after the classic tour of our vineyards, appassimento area, tank and barrel room, the tasting of our four icon wines, Renacer Malbec and Cabernet Franc, Renacer Sangiovese Rosé and the limited edition launched in 2021, Renacer Cab-Cab.


In addition, our chef, Celmira Escudero presented the "winter menu" developed with seasonal and classic ingredients. The first step has two alternatives: a cream of pea soup with sautéed pork loin and vegetables, egg at 65º and seed cracker that pairs with Punto Final Reserva Chardonnay. The other option is octopus confit in citrus oil with potato cream, potato chips and garlic accompanied by Punto Final Organic Malbec Rosé that enhances its freshness.



Among the main course options we have the classic steak eye with quince caramel, charcoal mayonnaise and cauliflower cream accompanied by Punto Final Reserva Malbec. As a vegetarian/vegan option the proposal is a carob paste stuffed with beetroot paired with our Punto Final Reserva Cabernet Franc. This time the catch is a glazed salmon paired with the "First Wine of the Year", a carbonic maceration Syrah from the 2022 vintage.


The first wine of the year is a limited edition of 1020 bottles that will only be available from July in the Renacer restaurant within the step menu and in the hospitality area.
